52 HOOVER GANGSTER CRIPS

The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips (commonly referred to as "5-Deuce Hoover Gangster Crips") are a long standing set of Hoover Criminals located in the Western district of South Los Santos. Also known as the "Yung Hoggz", they were founded in the early 1970s and are a subset of the larger Hoover Criminal umbrella. They are the only Hoover set still carrying the Crip moniker due to their close alliances with the 52 Broadway Gangster Crips and 53 Avalon Gangster Crips.

Their closest alliance outside of the Hoover card is with the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, forming the 512 Gangster Crips alliance together. Their neighborhood sits directly to the East of the Trouble Gangster Crips, dominating Northern Brouge Avenue. Due to their large list of enemies and dwindling turf, it is very common to see 51 Trouble Gangster Crips and 52 Hoover Gangster Crips in each other's neighborhoods.

The Hoover Gangster Crips adopted its blue and orange colors due to its history with the Crips, later adopting orange in the 1990s to proudly represent their allegiance to the Hoover moniker, taking on the Houston Astros baseball team’s colors and branding of a blue star within orange outlines with a bolded orange 'H’.
